Where does inequity come from

Inequity starts with the idea of separation, domination and rights without responsibility.

When we have structural designed systems of monopoly, oligopoly, political class access, caste and class division the majority of humans are reduced from the ability to offer their unique brilliance to scraps on the heap of privileged wealth.

Until we on this home planet begin to change our perspective and measure of value, we will get more of the same.

Honouring the intrinsic value of all life, the interconnectedness of all things, our absolute need to support thriving life for us to have a thriving life.

Never allowing any single value to hold dominion over us. Never reducing our multiplicity of values and offerings to one metric. Never imposing our ideals of a supreme value over another person or creature.
