Time out

Gangled nerves, flooded emotions.

Intensity amplified.

Disconnected from self, soul, my love, laughter, life.

Time out. No thing to do. No where to go. The list composted.

Mindful of how lucky I am to be able to do this when others do not have the luxury.

And it is luxurious. A day or two of spaciousness.

Too often taken for granted.

Every moment cherished.

The beauty of the sunrise drunk in like water to a parched soul.
