Are we looking for reassurance that our choice is valid?

Are we procrastinating because the time is not right? (Kairos time)

Are we procrastinating because procrastination is what we do?

Do we need more information?

Do we need to wait, to hold? (More Kairos time)

Do we need to gather more evidence? Learn a new skill?

Do we seek confidence?

‘Just do it’ is not always the appropriate response to stuck.
