Grieve. Feel. Break down.

The cruelty of disaster is that it brings the best out of so many people.

In the purity of survival, when all the noise of our quest for stuff, status, rights and success are temporarily irrelevant, we connect with our humanity.

Exhale.

In the clearing space, notice the good, the true and the beautiful.

Notice kindness. Generosity. Courage.

Offer what you are able to. It is enough.
