It is time we started building business differently

Most people want to contribute, make a difference, be challenged slightly more than is comfortable.

They want to be seen, acknowledged and given a dignified life for their contribution.

We want to feel safe in our work, safe emotionally, financially, intellectually and spiritually.

Dignified. Respected. Held to our better selves.

Free from hypocrisy, power games, and the race to the bottom.

We want to do work that really matters. To our community, our future.

Strange that we have created business and enterprise where the incentives in our geopolitical systems are skewed towards something other than this.

Business for purpose is not enough when it lives in the ecology of business for exploitation, wrapped in legal codes and financial goals that corrupt ever so slowly, the intent for good for all.

A Syntropic Enterprise is the future of business for a world with a future for earth and all her creatures.
