If reality did not have intrinsic beauty we would not care to act

Imagine if a forest was ugly, absent any colour. The ocean was black soup. The sky was dark and endless in its sameness.
Animals were all odd-shaped and creepy. And people were cookie cutters of each other, with no differentiation in skin, height, hair, eyes, posture, voice.
If reality does not have intrinsic beauty, we would not care.
Beauty leads the good and the true.
We rarely consider this as we discriminate over minor things like pigmentation.
It is the multitude of differences that makes life beautiful. The range of colours. The contrast found in diversity.
Some yearn to make cookie cutters of people, same same. Same everything, from pigment to beliefs.
Diversity is where beauty thrives.
Beauty is the Source of our caring.
Beautiful heart, soul, actions, being, forest, field, ocean.
