Hypocrisy writ large

Our public face — what we say on our website, how we act with people, our customer service, the actions we take in all domains — should match our private face.

If our public face doe not match our private face, it requires enormous energy to maintain the gap. Self-deception costs us the life force energy we might otherwise use to be happy.

If we are not the model of change we seek to make in the world — if we do not rigorously examine our own integrity on this every day as a priority — any action we take in public is a farce. This is hypocrisy writ large.

Good intentions are not enough. We, the leadership, the enterprise and the individuals, need to be the change inside out, upside down, all the way through.
