Begin again

Every day we get the opportunity to begin again.

Every moment we can decide to let go of the previous moment.

We can turn a corner.

Make a different decision.

Choose life, health, simplicity.

We can forgive ourselves, others, our circumstances.

We can choose compassion. Kindness.

We can stand in our bare feet and know that we matter, even just a little.

We can say no to what no longer serves us and yes to what is calling us towards a more whole life.

Every moment is a chance to let go of the old.

No one else but us has this power.

On this day of resurrection rise to the expression of life that is an affirmation of what you know is good, true and beautiful.
