A melange and bricolage of thoughts

Today, I received the draft ideas for the layout of my first book, Beauty of Beginnings. After six years and three months of daily writing, a collection of these contemplations is on the journey to publication. The layout has been designed by one of the Syntropic Community members. It is beautiful.

My surfing this morning was a body not in synch. I also noticed myself comparing myself to others. Compassion as judgment when learning a new skill is fraught with danger. I watched my confidence spiral down, down, down. I need to remind myself why I am doing this. For joy. For joy.

Yesterday, I experienced a flow state after an obstacle to flow was removed. For weeks I had felt stuck and resistant. How simple it was when a small action reestablished flow. I was reminded, yet again, of some of what I teach. There is a geometry to synergy, flow and coherence. Change the shape and flow can be restored.

The melange and bricolage of thoughts remind me to come home to the ground.

For joy. In service to. If it is not beautiful, then it is out of integrity. Love the moments, even those that seem frustrating. Focus on what I am doing that is great. Keep doing more of that. If stagnation is present, change the shape.
